Welcome! I’m an educator and career coach committed to helping people find fulfilling careers. Through my career and life coaching business, I guide individuals in identifying their priorities, pursuing their passions, and aligning their work with their values. My approach blends motivational support with practical strategies, ensuring clients feel equipped to take action toward meaningful career changes.

My own journey began in 2015 when I was a stay-at-home mom considering a return to work in sales or property management. However, a chance encounter led me to a healthcare-focused career education program at a community college. In January 2016, I enrolled in laboratory science courses, spending three semesters mastering new instruments and techniques, and eventually securing two highly competitive internships. These opportunities launched my career at UC Berkeley, where I thrived for seven years before transitioning into a full-time career education faculty role in the very program where I learned my new skills.

For nearly 10 years, I’ve coached hundreds of adults through successful career transitions. My dedication to diversifying the biomedical and healthcare workforce was recognized with the prestigious 2024 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Award from the Association of Biomolecular Resource Facilities.
